Overview
ALL SALES ARE FINAL with exception of incorrect items or damaged during shipping. Since our products are custom ordered, and/or personalized, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges otherwise. But, we do allow a 1 day window to inspect your product for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process, and contact us to replace the item.
If the purchased items received were damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will notify the PRINT LAB responsible for the shipping.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first contacting us.
Refunds on Damaged Items
We do not offer any refunds, but we will replace any products damaged during the shipping process. We reserve the right to inspect the product to make certain the damage is consistent with shipping processes. Spills, or stains, not related to the processing of the print, or tears or damage not consistent with the shipping process, will be considered REPLACEABLE, at our expense.
Sale items

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at misty@americaphotography.com to get instructions on where and how to return the print back to the print lab.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
Upon prior authorization to return your product, you should mail your product to: { TBD }.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
